In general, Maintenance means to hold, keep, sustain or preserve the machine, equipment to an acceptable standard of performance, safety and/or Aesthetics. Maintenance is containing Repair, Commissioning, Geometry Check, Inspection and Spare Part replacement.

Problem identification, problem analysis and repair using manufacturer certified spare parts if necessary.

Installation and commissioning of complete machines following a provided layout by the client. Overviewing of unloading, lifting and transport of machinery to the place of installation.
Levelling of machine and commissioning of machine followed by the complete life cycle until final acceptance of end customer.

Adding of new functions to a machinery including design ideas, installation, commissioning and trouble shooting if problems arise during customisation

Geometrical check of machinery of static measurements, dynamic measurements like circularity tests and BallBar and machine optimisation using laser equipment for straightness and measurement system compensation.

Of used machine using visual inspection as well machine conditioning equipment used in geometry check as well.
